Dear NEW Members,
I was supported by an extraordinary team of women, who not only showed up for the Board meetings, but also did an incredible amount of work. They used their own strengths and those of their teams to create an energetic organization that I am so proud to be a part of. My gratitude for their hard work and commitment as well as support cannot be described in words, so a heartfelt thank you for all that you have done will have to summarize it all.
With careful planning and defining specific and attainable goals and performance measurements, our leadership team committed their time and efforts to our cause and accomplished our goals for the year. Here is an outline of some of them:

On a personal level, I was blessed with my 2nd child Leila! I am truly enjoying Leila and her brother Dean growing together and interacting with each other. I have been able to enjoy my family as well as grow my business, Cascade TecHome & Office, LLC and work alongside my husband Jason, who is my biggest supporter and team mate.
My participation in the network has allowed me to not only increase my business income, but also to practice my leadership skills and learn new ones. NEW has helped me gain new friendships and learn more about balance and contribution. I have also used things I learned in another non-for-profit Board (Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center). I continuously look for ways to learn and contribute.
I believe that we have fulfilled our mission of empowering women in business and in life and our vision of providing professional and personal growth opportunities to women in all levels and stages of business, by offering innovative, inclusive and fun programs in a non-competitive, gender specific, and high energy environment of support and compassion. I also believe that we have stayed true to the values we pledged to our members and to the community:

- Compassion and support.

Joan donated a once in a lifetime energetic experience called The Reconnection®, a copy of Eric Pearl's book The Reconnection, Heal Others/Heal Yourself, lunch, and an intuitive reading at The Sol Center in Prineville valued at $425.00.
Cyndee Overland - Central Oregon Acupuncture
Cyndee donated a one and a half hour consultation and a relaxing acupuncture treatment valued at $120.
Nancy Snyder - INTERIORS by Decorating Den
Nancy donated a Vintage Veranda designer Birds Nest Candelabra with a pounded metal base, hand rubbed finish, 5 'birds nest candle holders' for votive or tea light candles valued at $120.
Kristie Lemon - High Desert Oasis
Kristie donated 2 private training sessions at her luxurious facility in Bend valued at $140.
